Over the last two years, Jonathan has brought a unique set of skills and experience to support the Agrovision expansion agenda.   

As we implemented our pivot strategy from large Peruvian grower to global integrated producer and supplier, he has provided process definitions, software selection and system design, as well as rapid implementation and activation delivery.  The introduction of a culture of continuous improvement has been particularly helpful, whilst his insight to the challenges we would face were instrumental in ensuring appropriate resources and training were in place.  

Noteworthy specific achievements include: 

• Rapid roll out of a new ERP to 5 different global entities 

• Process and training to over 20 new team members 

• Set up and commissioning of a new packing and warehouse operation in the US with live pack-line integration 

• Development of additional innovative software tech to provide unique data insights
